5. APSI virtual embassy: The home of YsPro (Young Strategic Professionals)Purpose and focus:
The embassy is a gateway between emerging strategic talent, and established power.
It trains and deploys the next generation of strategic future thinkers in dialogue with today's decision makers
It identifies, forms, and connects a carefully selected global cohort of YsPro with senior decision makers, institutions, and strategic partners in high trust and high impact environments.
In order to pass the SCTP (Strategic Collective Training Programme) and Collaborative Collective Training Programme), the YsPros have to pass four stages: 1) Competence in writing, analysis, geopolitics, and able to think in scenarios, not opinions 2) Confidentiality awareness, responsible speech, and ability to operate in Track-2 environment 3) Pressure and performance that are tested in crisis simulations, red team/blue team exercises, and time constrained policy drafting 4) Professional growth and conduct such as reliability, integrity, respect for hierarchy, cultural and diplomatic sensitivity.
